Free large pack of jigsaw puzzles.
Since version 5.8, BrainsBreaker incorporates the technology to handle an offer for people who bought BrainsBreaker 4 or older versions and buys BrainsBreaker 5: You have one of the
large sets of puzzles of your choice for free.
The offer applies either if you bought BB5 in the past or if you buy it from now (having the license of a previous version)
Instructions (Once
installed version 5.8):
If you disabled access to the cloud server you need to enable it temporarily.
If you bought already BB5
In the view “Missing packs" (click the title over the shelves) you should have a button “Redeem” above the thumbnails of the puzzles. If you don’t see the button it might be that you ordered BB4 with an email address different than BB5. In this case, go to the options, and click the new tab “Account”. Add there the email address you had when you bought the older version and press the button Verify. Watch the result. If the system can not match the accounts you will need to email us the details of both purchases.
If you haven't bought BB5 yet
Make sure to have BrainsBreaker 4 installed and properly registered. Install BrainsBreaker 5. It will be in evaluation mode. In the gallery change to the view "Packs offer" (click on the title above the shelves). Above the thumbnails, you should see a notice offering to the free pack with a button to order.
If you are not offered the free pack: Make sure BB4 is installed and registered. If you can not have it for any reason, place the order of BB5. Activate the program and look if you are offered a free pack in the view “Packs offer. If you aren't, please contact us to request it. Please tell us the email address you had when you ordered BB4 and the current one for BB5. (The most likely reason it doesn’t show is that the email addresses to register BB4 and 5 are different)
